I. Adesis Heterocyclic Benefit
- By committing to significant FFS and/or FTE collaborations at Adesis, sponsors will receive preferential status
- Customer will receive 1 g of every new Catalog compound gratis (value=$500/g).
- 6-8 weeks before public disclosure
- Customer will receive 33 - 50% discount on all catalog purchases from 250 mg to 1 kg
- >50% discounts apply on multi-kilogram orders, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
II. Benefits from a Catalog-FTE relationship
- Adesis will leverage our heterocyclic expertise to design series of building blocks for sponsor.
- Adesis may offer exclusivity on new building blocks on a case-by-case basis to permit a Sponsor to establish IP and set patent protection strategies
- Sponsor will receive long-term discounts on all future purchases
- Sponsor may be eligible for Benefits listed in I.
